Just as Howard A. Esser Jr. and Bob Esser received on-the-job training from their father and firm founder Howard A. Esser, Sr., Bill Edson was groomed for leadership in the agency by the Esser’s to ensure the success of the third generation.

Now the agency is poised for continued success as Bill Hayes became the 4th agency president in the firm's 66-year history in 2008. Bill Hayes works hand in hand with Bill Edson on a daily basis to keep continuity in the core values and goals that uphold our long tradition of greatness.
